We love to highlight companies we work with that have inspiring missions – this month’s featured company is OUR: Operation Underground Railroad. OUR is a nonprofit organization that aims to abolish child slavery by working with law enforcement agencies around the world to conduct coordinated identification and extraction efforts in order to rescue victims of human trafficking.

Through the combined efforts of former CIA, Navy SEALs, and Special Ops operatives, OUR has rescued more than 200 people and arrested 130 traffickers in 2016 alone. They conduct dozens of operations each year – but their reach goes much further than the children they save.

OUR runs the Child Exploitation Targeting Center of Excellence, which trains the global law enforcement community on forensic/investigative software and tools which are used by well financed agencies to conduct rescue missions. They also assist with the rehabilitation process after they help victims by giving them food, shelter, and care.
